Shipping & returns
Shipping, Returns & Responsibility
Shipping Methods:
All prints, and large-scale watercolour artworks, are shipped in either rigid mailiers or postage tubes, to ensure a safe passage during transport. Smaller items are equally cared for and packaged accordingly for protection purposes. All packages excluding smaller items like stickers and greetings cards will require s signature on delivery.
Shipping Delays & Lost Parcels:
Once your order is shipped, I can’t take responsibility for delays or lost parcels shipped by Auspost and or Pack & Send, whether within Australia or internationally. Customs delays for international orders can sometimes hold packages for weeks, which is beyond my control.
Non-Delivery:
If your parcel doesn’t arrive (depending on the items you’ve purchased), we can work together on a solution, such as arranging a replacement at a discounted price. Any additional costs will need to be covered by you.
Returns & Exchanges:
I don’t accept returns or offer exchanges for change of mind, or preferences regarding the surface of the item, so please keep this in mind and know your final decision fully. I’m always happy to answer any questions you have before purchasing!
Incorrect Items:
If your order contains the wrong items, please reach out via the contact page within 7 days of receiving your order, and reference your receipt.
Customs & Fees:
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or additional delivery charges, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damaged items:
If your item arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days with your order number and photos of the damage. Depending on the product, I can offer a replacement (shipping costs covered by you) or a refund to be discussed via email.

ARTWORK CARE
Caring for Your Artwork
Taking care of your artwork is simple and ensures it lasts a lifetime when handled with care. Here are some guidelines to keep your piece in pristine condition:
General Handling
Avoid touching the surface of the artwork. Our hands carry natural oils that can damage the piece.
Always keep the artwork in its protective cover until it’s ready to be framed.
When handing your artwork to a framer, leave it in the protective sleeve - they will use proper tools, such as white cotton gloves, to handle it safely.
For A1 Artworks (Arriving in Tubes)
Do not remove the artwork from its protective plastic sleeve, especially when flattening it.
To flatten your artwork:
Place it (in its protective sleeve) between two MDF boards.
Gently lay weighted objects, like folded heavy blankets, on top.
Allow it to settle over time without rushing the process.
Protecting Your Artwork
Keep all artworks out of direct sunlight to prevent UV damage. While I varnish (some of) my acrylic pieces for extra protection, limiting exposure to sunlight helps maintain their vibrancy.
For canvas artworks, always handle them by the wire at the back to avoid touching the painted surface.
